Alessandro Filoramo:

Dall’inizio degli anni novanta sperimenta svariate forme sonore con diverse band; le più significative “E-Pulp”, “Sharks” (cover band) e “F1RST”. Suona in alcuni concerti locali fino alla decisione di creare un gruppo dal sound più deciso e maturo. Nel 2000 incontra Rust (Giulio Bartoli) all’Università di Ingegneria di Parma; nascono i JP Morghan con Alessandro in qualità di Leader cantante e chitarrista.

Nel frattempo frequenta il “Theatro” di Parma. Importanti sono i concerti tenuti sotto le vesti di cantautore teatrale che lo portano alle semifinali nazionali del Festival di Fiuggi 2002; esperienza prestigiosa che forma il suo carattere musicale. La stampa locale comincia a seguirlo pubblicando lodevoli articoli. Segue l’iscrizione alla S.I.A.E. (compositore e paroliere) per tutelare i propri brani musicali. Nel 2006 Partecipa alle Selezioni del Festival di Castrocaro, altro step importante per la determinazione dei futuri obiettivi professionali.

Parallelamente all'attività JPM, è impegnato come autore nella composizione di testi e musiche, per la realizzazione di brani per vari artisti.

Attualmente è seguito dagli insegnanti di canto Paola Folli e Francesco Rapaccioli.

Le due canzoni che trovate "On Line" su MySpace sono state registrate all'OverStudio di Cento dall'Ing. del suono Marco Borsatti con al basso Luca Visigalli e alla batteria Lele Veronesi.

Tappe fondamentali con la Band JPM per ordine di importanza:

• Partecipazione come solista al Festival di Castrocaro Terme 2006 (FC).

• Vincitori per 2 anni consecutivi della serata Fuori Base al Fuori Orario e 7° assoluti nel 2005 - (RE).

• Vincitori del Live Song Festival sezione Inediti del 2004 – (PR).

• Semifinalisti del Festival delle Arti di Bologna.

• Semifinalisti di Rock Targato Italia 2006 – (RE).

• Semifinalisti al concorso Vivinmusica a Suzzara - (MN).

• Semifinalisti provinciali di Emergenza Rock – (PR).

• 9° assoluti in Italia al Trimi’s Festival di Bologna nel 2003.

• Registrazione del singolo Remember sulla compilation nazionale della Acqued8 Records 2003 – (BO).

• Interviste radio tv, Parma e Reggio.

Alessandro Filoramo:

During the first 90s, he experiences different sound styles with different bands, the most important are “E-Pulp”, “Sharks” (cover band), and “F1RST”

He plays in some local live events and then he decides to create a band with a more personal and mature sound. In 2000, he met Giulio Bartoli in the rooms of Parma University and they create their band, the JPM.

Meanwhile, Alessandro regularly frequents the “Theatro” of Parma. He performs as a theatrical songwriter and these concerts bring him to the semi final of Fiuggi Festival 2002, a prestigious experience which forms his artistic competence. In this period, the local press starts publishing praising articles about him and his music. Then, Alessandro decides to register to SIAE (as songwriter and lyricist) in order to defend his music from plagiarism.

In 2006, the young artist partecipates to the selections of Castrocaro Festival, adding another important experience to his future professional plans

While playing with the JPM, Alessandro is also the author of music and lyrics for other artists.

Now, he is improving his voice skills with the help of famous vocal coaches such as Paola Folli and Francesco Rapaccioli.

The songs you can listen to on this web site have been recorded in the OverStudio of Cento, in collaboration with Marco Borsatti (sound engineer), Luca Visigalli (bass guitar), and Lele Veronesi (drums).
