My past haunts me. Morbid reminders of when i wasnt such a nice guy. People seem to remember me for the wrong reasons......im so glad i usually dont remember them.

Paying tribute to a good friend and instructor. |
A good friend of mine who is also my grappling instructor took his own life this weekend. He is an awesome fighter, instructor and friend. He will be missed.
