"Voilà ! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition."
About Me
Music: I like just about anything except rap (though I dont consider that music anyways) and a lot of country. I dont really like metal, though I dont mind it so long as its not the screaming stuff. I wouldn't mind that kind of music if it didn't have the screaming though, cause most of those bands are awesome otherwise. Particuarly, A Perfect Circle, Tool, Godhead, Marilyn Manson, Midnight Syndicate, Nox Arcana (though those last two are pretty much the same band, or very close), Frank Zappa, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Elvis, Black Eyed Peas, cKy, Etta James, Godhead, Patsy Cline, Pretty much any musical though my favorites are Wicked, Jekyll & Hyde, Phantom of the Opera and RENT- I was waiting for the movie version of Phantom for years, no joke. As for RENT, I'm so damn happy they've made a movie version of it, even more so that they used the original cast. The movie version of Jekyll & Hyde leaves much to be desired since they changed so much and well... The Hoff as Jekyll/Hyde. I'll leave it at that. As for Wicked, oh how I wish a movie version of it would come out. Anyways... I also love Nine Inch Nails- Trent Reznor has a great voice and he's super hot too. As far as local bands, though they're out of Nashville, I love Piranah.
Movies: I'll pretty much watch anything if it doesnt make me fall asleep. I like just about any Johnny Depp movie, because hes a brilliant actor. And I've become quite attached to really violent movies because it keeps me from doing something crazy myself. So.. the list.. Devil's Rejects, Phantom of the Opera, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Nightmare Before Christmas, Any of Kevin Smith's movies, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Beauty and the Beast, Lilo and Stitch, Benny and Joon, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Producers, V for Vendetta, RENT, Cats, and many more... Let me not bore you... You can always just ask.
Heroes: Dr. Hunter S. Thompson- he was a brilliant writer and a brilliant man, and he will be sorely missed.
ANDDDD..... Pauley Perrette (the perky goth criminologist on NCIS)
Television: I dont really watch a lot of tv, but when I do its mostly those corny design shows- I cant help it, its a weakness and its sad, I know. I do watch American Idol when its on, and that So You Think You Can Dance show. Also, I watch Extreme Makeover: Home Edition religiously. lol. Ty is a wonderful man and a brilliant designer.
Books: I'll read anything that gets me interested quick. Particularly anything by Hunter S. Thompson, Anne Rice, or J.K. Rowling, and occasionally non-fiction books, though as I say that I realize most of Thompson's books are non-fic. Lately, I've become very interested in D & D books... I'm new to it, but I'm really enjoying it so far. New age books and books on taoism interest me as well. Also, one can not go without mention of Allen Ginsberg, for he was a genious. I'm a big fan of the Harry Potter series. I also love Anne Rice as I said, particularly Belinda, and her 'The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty' series. Naughty books, to be sure, but beautiful as well. Erotica is my soft spot, I know, I'm weird.
