About Me

Hey hey and welcome to my myspace. I am Greek-American and in psychology at the moment, hoping to study drama in the future and possibly live in a cardboard box with a cat and a dog called waffles and falafel. Respectively.

My Interests

I love to travel. If the acting thing doesn't work out I am going to try and get work in the travel industry - 3 months a year to explore and hella cheap tickets, sounds like heaven to me.

Music:

Other favorites include Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Joan Baez, Billie Holiday, Ani diFranco, Alanis Morissette, the Rolling Stones, Sublime, Kings of Leon, The Strokes, The postal service, Regina Spektor (what a mighty fine lady) and more, and am always open to recommendations.

Movies:

Amelie is probably my favourite movie of all time. Something that I stick on when I got the blues. Other favourites include 'the color purple', and 'wonder boys'.

Television:

I haven't really watched tv since coming to uni, but fav programs would be... erm 'lost', CSI, the x-files, family guy, and law and order. I just realised I may be a man.

Books:

I love reading. Sometimes in the bath if I don't have any books or mags i will read every soap bottle within reach. Favourite books include: Anything by Stephen King, The World According to Garp, Memoirs of a Geisha, anything by Madeleine L'Engle, anything by Agatha Christie and finally Wonder Boys.

Heroes:

My mum and my dad. They have done so many incredible things and I can only hope to have as much experience and to have done as much as they have some day. Also my brother, for being the most extraordinary person I've met.

Edinburgh adventures

I'm at the end of data collection for my dissertation, and incidentally, nearly out of my mind. This whole weeks' experience can be surmised in an experience I had yesterday. So I leave the zoo, hurr...

I've made a decision.

Ok here goes. Phew. I've decided not to apply to masters programs for acting in the US. You may ask why? Well. A. I don't think I've got what a masters program wants, what with not having a bachelors ...

We-ell?

I am sitting in a computer lab in uni, shaking my head at the fact I once again woke up for 'the class that doesn't exist'! I should really start checking my schedule more. Things are rolling along, I...

Hum dedum

Not much going on here in Greece. Today I sat and tanned for a few hours which I almost never do. To make up for this very feminine timewaster, I read a Kurt Vonnegut book which made me feel quite int...
