About Me

..I thank you for coming by and I hope you always do. Through my music, I say what I mean and mean what I say. No gray area, the rest is for you to apply to your life as you see fit. Everything I wrote really happened, in some form or sense. It's just the manner in which I paint the picture for you. I am 21 yrs old, though I don't feel it sometimes. There's still that little boy inside me, it's still me and will always be me. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I'm not the ego-maniac or the jock, or the sports fanatic. Listen to my song "Half truths, lies or innocence" and you'll get a glimpse into my life of '07, ask me sometime.I was the kid that tried it all, piano, violin, and so on. I felt no connection, but through the need of a musician at a local church I grew into the new shoes of a composing artist in the guitar. With a more willing stage than a performer I soon came to realize this is the biggest part of me and I was drawing people in. The guitar found me. Thank God it did, as it has helped me express the darkest and joyous times of my life. During a short stint of missionary college, travel, and a love I found I couldn't pursue, it influenced the demo "Reasons & Rhymes", one of my most acclaimed songs along with "Game of Hearts". I'm a student at AVC, I'm a guitar and music teacher independently & professionally through a non profit organization Laity Institute of the Arts. I really enjoy my work! Anything else personally you want to know, just message me. I appreciate these people more than words can say: Mom, Dad, Matt, Dakota, Robert, Deanna, Jenn, Patricia, Jordan...and many more. About me? Well, I have seen my share of love, my share of despair in the result of the abuse of love. I've searched, found, and lost the true love I once knew. There isn't a day or night that goes by that I don't think about her, falling in love hardly tames the aching in my heart knowing I lost an angel. My crazy parents keep me sane and my friends from LT help me see the better side of life and they help keep the best parts of me going. Anything my mom cooks is awesome, me and my mom are dangerous when put together but no one else makes me laugh harder. Conan O Brien is hilarious. Livin up the night life is what I do, I'm a night owl and in contrast you can guess mornings don't mix well with me ;) The band Set Apart make my life and the music we make 10x more enjoyable. I was homeschooled all my life even through high school, but I don't live under a rock. Anything to do with guitars, guitar amps, and mandolins will catch my interest.
