Spending time with Ilana and Dahlia and learning, literature, music, knowledge, obsessing over my body, yoga and bike riding (accompanying the previous statement), meditation , philosophy, linguistics , letting go of desires (which is a constant struggle as indicated by the very definition of my interests), fine dining, the human race, people watching, enjoying life with friends/family, creating, dancing, singing, playing an instrument (even if it sounds terrible on occasion, which is always after drinking in excess....not soo bad with just a few, though), and leaving home for adventures.

One hit wonders: Anita Diamant's Red Tent, Marion Zimmer Bradley's Mists of Avalon, Mario Vargas Llosa's The Storyteller, Douglas Coupland's Life After God, Oliver Sacks' An Anthropologist on Mars, and Dan Brown's The DaVinci Code. I am mostly reading text books. I am very fond of The Green Book of Language Revitalization in Practice written by Hinton, Leanne, and Kenneth Hale. Oh yeah and the Environment and Religion book (chock full of religious perspectives and what type of influence these perspectives have on followers in their treatment of the environment) that I read for Interdisciplinary Perspectives on the Environment.
