Smith, Mercy Me. Secular music includes ALL '80s music, some '90s, some current. When I was skateboarding I was into Metallica and still enjoy it.
Comedies, action, suspense, romantic comedies
The Simpsons, House, LOST, Reality TV shows
I like to read growth and develpment books when I do read. Some that I am reading now are dating books to learn how to have a successful relationship which will also help me when counseling others since these types of books include setting healthy boundaries.
My good friend Stephen Chock. He was my neuropsychologist while I was in physical rehab. Several years later I learned that he became ordained as a pastor and I began going to the church in which he was an associate pastor at. He oversaw the small growth groups (some that I lead to help people grow) and the counseling clinic associated with the church that he helped get started. I also admire and look up to Rich Mullins (contemporary Christian artist/writer). He never knew how much money he made from the albums he made because it all went to his church which gave it to different ministries. The money that he would get would be the average salary of a working man which was $24,000 the year before he died. He said if he knew how much he made, it would be that much harder to give away.
