Music:
I love all kinds of music pretty much. Hiphop and R&B will always be my first loves though. I love Tribe, De La Soul (especially 3 feet high and rising), & the New Jack Swing era is where I first learned I love to dance. Keyshia Cole,Amel Larrieux, Sade, Les Nubians, Erykah Badu, Kanye West, Mos Def, John Legend. I love dancing to funky soulful house with vocals (gay diva house thank you very much!). My favorite songs to sing are R&B ballads -- Chaka Khan (w/ or w/o rufas), pre-crackhead Whitney and Mariah (also The Emancipation of Mimi -- she's back!)... minnie ripperton. I've probably sung in more than a dozen languages which makes me adore Classical music too. I would love to be on Broadway, but I can't act unless I happen to be singing at the time.
