About Me

I won't go into all the tedious particulars, but the story basically ends with tight close-up on a boy and a piano. Alright, maybe just a couple of the interesting bits. I taught myself to play piano at age 5 on some crappy old upright that is still my best friend in the world. We were talking about the ways of the world far before my feet could even touch the pedals. Was schooled in the ways of arpeggios and staccatos by a fascinating lady named Greta and her dog Chevy. The end of my high school era gave me lots and lots to think about and so I spewed all my frusterations and love-sick guts into the piano. At age 22 I left climatel (sp?) bliss and moved to New York City in hopes of blossoming into an outspoken, groundbreaking, alterna-songstress, instead I've sorta settled as a poetic soft rock wannabe hipster. Fine by me though. Currently, showcasing at the illustious dive bar Sidewalk Cafe. With other fine venues to follow. I'm desperate and hungry for a management team, record deal, agent, producer, stylist, cheufer, and anyone who would like to help me get these tunes to the masses. In all honesty, I don't really wanna be famous...just mildly appreciated and listened to by a few select who prize my songs for the sacred delicious morsels they are. Take a listen and let me know what you think. Always open to criticism, just try not to hurt my feelings as I am nuerotically sensitive and prone to homicidal tendencies. Thanks for your time. -Josh

Sounds Like: Jeff Buckley, Radiohead, Mozart, and Rufus Wainwright all throwing fisticuffs, while Tori Amos gives natural birth to twins Fiona Apple and Gavin DeGraw....kinda sorta
