About Me

Well, well, well - what can we say really? We could go on about how we want to change the world of dance music forever or how this time next year we'll be eating pie from a supermodel's snatch... We could go on about how our unique blend of tech/breaks/hiphop/electro inspired sets break new ground in the "edumatainment" industry...
We could just shut up and finish a few tracks in the studio...
We're very open minded when it comes to music and over the last two years this has almost become a hinderance as we've found so much good music across the board from rock to strange cabaret acts to the more accepted dance genres such as techno and glitchy minimal stuff - it's been difficult to try and form a coherent sound...
This is the real test of a dj... Anyone can mix the latest top 10 hits from whatever genre you've got tunnel vision for - but the real skill is stringing together all the stuff you love into a majestic aural tapestry (whoa)... Although this is something that I don't think we have quite mastered yet - I do think we're close... We've been dj'ing for 15 & 13 years respectively and have a pair of quite diverse record collections to tap into - not to mention the group of friends we have who are all deeply immersed in music, where a healthy sharing of noises provides access to many undiscovered artists...
We aim to keep learning new ways in presenting music to the dancefloor and will always be looking for those strange little nuggets that nobody else has heard before...
Studio work has been going well and will be posting some new tracks very soon, a lot of time has been taken up doing The 9000 stuff, plus we've been homeless for a few months now while we've been buying a flat, so watch this space as things are finally starting to happen
If anyone would like to book us please either PM or email disposablebreaks at yahoo.co.uk
