So, I pretend to be asleep and try to fool my soul, so perhaps it might rest one night.
Then I began to imagine that my thoughts could travel through clouds and time to different continents just to find him, to let him know I still love him, to tell that nights and days are nothing with out him.So I pretend that I perhaps I could win his love, so imagine, playing with his hair, to cores his lips with mine, to hear him say he loves me again, and smile and run in circles and find the stars where we once made promises of eternal love. So I pretend to be in the past where I was happy and so was he, and to tell him that the stars are jealous of how beautiful he looks tonight, and tell him that the sky is more immense with out him tonight.So I pretend he will come back to me one day, so I imagine and wait with open arms, like a child waits and yearns for a beautiful summer day. So I pretend that my reality is not empty, but full of joy, so imagine the sun is brighter, that the mountains of hope wait for me.But the truth is that I miss him so much, so much I can't find a word to describe how much I miss him tonight. So I pretend not to love, and imagine that I hate him with all my might, that I'm better, that I don't need him and deserve better. But my heart is stubborn, my love still burns my soul and wants his warmth again and again.So tonight I will pretend this will be the last time I love him, the last time the river of my veins flow and search of his kiss, the last time I mentioned his name, the last time I yearn to touch his face, the last time I write for him under the endless stars.COYOLXAUHQUI (aztec moon goddess)
