Year 2005 RAS PORTUGA founder and bassist leaves the banda PHILOSOPHY REGGAE along with his producer WILLIAM (will) which join to form a new work to banda FAMILY ROOTS, with the objective of not only create a more banda rather spend the real message that the music "REGGAE" brings a feeling pure and true, that passes the difficulties of a people, poor and suffered from a people that liberates all their suffering through this music that reaches hearts, which through its message to live life increasingly united with "JAH." With songs of PEACE, LOVE, JUSTICE and the word "RASTAFARI" the banda FAMILY ROOTS shows great identity with the song "REGGAE", showing a reggae environment, relaxed rich in melodies and harmonies developed. Com músicas de PAZ, AMOR, JUSTIÇA e também a palavra “RASTAFARI” a banda ROOTS FAMILY mostra grande identidade com a música “REGGAE”, mostrando um reggae envolvente, descontraído rico em melodias e elaboradas harmonias.
