From the good to the bad, best to the worst, from the stars to mars, seas to the earth,Quin's music represents all spectrums. So sexy are his guitars, his sounds are colourful and imaginitive, and his in your face grooves can't help but make you move. Rich exotic flavours ranging from Middle eastern, Southeast Asian, Latin, African, and even his own native Bahamian islands gives unique-ness to his own brand of R & B and hip hop. And his tendency to turn those natural sounds inside out and upside down makes his thumb a bit more sore for you to notice.
Born in the sun sand and sea of Nassau, Bahamas, he went from rapping to bass lessons, to self taught guitar and singing. Each on display in his songwriting. Co-starting a hard-rock band (very strange on an island with ears usually only open for hip hop and
R & B), they landed a gig as the houseband for a popular bar and grill. He has played guitar with the Bahamas' prominant calypso/soca band "Visage", and is now currently living in London where he has been active in songwriting collaborations with miscellaneous styles of music and performing live, including at the "Cobden Club" in Nottinghill.
Touching on so many levels of musical influences ranging from Jay-Z to John Mayer, to Biggie to Bjork, his style is more flexible than a spiderman dating a contortionist. Betcha wanna take listen now huh? It's ok, just push play.
