My health has been preventing me from making money to see live blues; and I have to rest a lot too..Let's never forget any of the fans that support our heroes by spending the gas money, parking, admission, and all that to get to the gigs...after all, they don't get a paycheck at the end of the night. (not that they musicians truly get the ducats they deserve, but the venues are doing their best...a few I know of off hand are Myron Mu's THE SALOON, and don't forget family fun at Bobby G's Pizza in Berkeley! Mojo Lounge too!

Pinetop turned 94 years old on 7-7-07. So while we all ain't gettin' no younger, make sure you make one of his gigs SOONER than LATER! Sugar Blue (who some may know from his monster harp work on the Rolling Stones albums) has a new CD in the OUT called CODE BLUE. This is one killer disc! You can't forget to go to Charlie Musselwhite's website and to his MySpace. He is one of the tuffest harp players in Northern CA.

My Interests

Being in love with and playing with my my grand girls, Mira 6, AJ 4; loving and laughing with my daughter (Love Mari)and son-in-law (Darren); enjoying the company of and sharing hearty laughs with my family and friends. Living life to the fullest. BLUES and music in general, quiet times, thinkin', photography, dancin', travelin', fishin', BBQing, cooking, writing, being a gracious hostess, motorcycles/choppers, laughing and making good out of a bad situation. I love listening to all my friends LIVE and on my stereo!
Riding my bicycle and hiking are special! I dig Mother Earth!
Writing my books!
Gonna get me a place of my own that I can call home, where I don't have to keep movin' 'n couch surfin' no mo. After all, I have lived alone since 1992 til 2006 when I had to move due to a more than double rent raise on the humble abode I had called home for 15 years.
