ah my music..recording in my digital studio...acoustic guitar filling up the room...reading by candlelight...waking up and emerging from my tent in the middle of nowhere...discussing quantum causality or the world in general over a glass of pinot noir...road trips..drive in movies...mid-day hikes...journey for the sake of journey...a sky full of stars...driving in the jeep with the top down...holding hands with a loved one...finding patterns and symmetry...a night at the symphony or a rocking live band or a jazz club...visiting NYC...first one on the beach in the morning...being able to laugh at myself...a first kiss...souvenirs from childhood...a sunday bike ride...homemade pancakes...running into old friends...listening to a chirping flowing creek...wind in my face on a mountain pass...dreams that stick with you when you wake up...cooking for friends...never growing old..staying true to myself...and keeping my eyes open to the world around me.
Figuratively, I'd like to sit down with Hunter S Thompson, Layne Staley, Syd Barrett and Christ, and hash it out.Literally, I'd like to meet anyone who has passion in life, smiles at subtlety, wakes up with a smile, avoids judgement and drama, and sees the cup as half full. Good friends are a commodity.
