My name is Joey Palumbo, Imma old fat, balding, Italian guy with a hairey back...any questions?
I am studying to be a CPFT, Certifired Personal Fitness and nutrition Trainer. I plan on specializing in Pro-wrestling conditioning, MMA combat conditioning (no I wont teach people how to become a fighter, My friend Les Stapleton at East kentucky Combat Club will do that) and off season sports training. I do also have my plans to open a private gym for my clients, even going so far as to put up a wrestling ring. I wont be training people to become wrestlers, but I can assist in passing along what I have learned, thats all I can do. What if i get too many people wanting to join the gym you ask? well, because of the specialization I am planning on, the others will just have to go to the Pro-Fitness center down town Prestonsburg, where my good friend and body builder Randy will take care of them.
Plus, if my plans all work out I will also be getting S.M.A.R.T. certified
, and becoming a certified YRG instructor.

By night I am a mild mannered Asst Hotel Mgr. and during the day, my greatest joy is hanging around the house with my wife and 4 dogs. Chilling out watching CSI or Scrubs, or some dvd we just happened to rent or buy.
I am a collector of people and friends, if you have a entertaining story to tell, I am the guy who wants to hear it, I have friends who are wrestlers, MMA fighters, Pornstars, Transexual, Homosexuals,models,nude models, Goths, fitness celebrities, freaks, weirdos, losers, great leaders, conservatives, liberals,I do try to stay away from the "skin heads" (for some reason I cant understand them) I dont care what you do in life, as long as you enjoy it, and have a story to tell. I can tell if you dont have a story to tell, then you aint enjoying life.
If I have one draw back, its I do not suffer stupid people lightly or "marks", plus I have a way of presenting myself that makes people think I have a ego, sorry folks,, I dont mean too. I am also a fountain of useless information.
