My Interests

Living simply, but by no means Simply living.

I must say that if you request to add me as a friend, please do so for a meaningful reason. I do not wish to become one amongst all the half-naked boys on your friends list. Also, please send me a message before you request to be my friend. It is to divert from adding those market-based profiles. Thanks :)In my life I have come across a number of meaningful concepts, words, phases and numbers that have a special meaning to me: Respect, Empathy, Patience, Intuition, I, Sincerity, Altruism, Philosophy, Optimism, Acceptance, Listen, Will, Balance, Joy, Self-Actualize, Nature, Motivation, Ethics, Generosity, Trust, Intimacy, Life, Friendship, Inspiration, Happiness, Rose, Gratitude, Compassion, Spirit , Family, Understand, Paradox, Effort, Freedom, Integrity, Light, Be, Romance, Tintinnabulation, Reason, Ability, Culture, Sunrise, Love, Silence, Perfect, Apaise, Purity, Meaning, Fate, Free, Cope, Divine, Progress, Help, Pae, Truth, 22, Time, Om, Amaste, Willing, Volition, Emotions, Breathe, Let Go, Tarot, Reiki...

I would love to get to know you!
Though, I am particularly interested in getting to know individuals with intellectual minds, beautiful souls and uplifting spirits. I must admit that I am hopeful to find: Honest, Ambitious, Optimistic, Independent, Intelligent, Respectful, Down to Earth, Sincere, Caring, Fun, Spontaneous, Trustworthy and Mature individuals who have defined or seek a Meaning to Life through their own ambitions and experiences. I would love to get to know individuals who Admire more than Judge. Individuals who Respect others as well as themselves enough to feel comfortable in their own skin, in the presence of anyone, and in any given situation. Individuals who carry a beautiful aura that expresses their true persona, and one that brings comfort to a room; Welcoming Others. I would love to get to know individuals who try to make a Stranger's Day by simply being kind, showing them a smile, stating a complimenting comment, or asking a simple "How are you today?" - overly showing that person that they are not simply a being of unimportance, but that you acknowledge them and that your short rendezvous has truly been Meaningful to you. I would love to get to know individuals who I can talk to for hours at a time, but who Accept rather than Question long silences. I would love to get to know individuals who stay True to themselves and their word. Individuals whom I can debate with without having the conversation negatively affect the friendship in any way or form, but one that, instead, creates and reinforces a greater Understanding of one another, despite differences in opinion. I would love to get to know individuals who I can drain a tank of gas with and talk about absolutely Anything, Everything, and Nothing for hours at a time. Individuals who speak their Mind about their views and opinions and who don't conform out of fear of what others think. Individuals who abide by similar principles as those of my own and who have an equally sized Heart as they do a Mind. And last, but never the least, I would love to get to know individuals who evoke an Inspiration within me and others, people whom I can learn from, like many of the wonderful friends that I currently have and treasure. So, if I message you or request to be your friend, then consider yourself special in my eyes :)

Music:

I indulge myself in music. Amongst those rhymic beats and inspirational lyrics, I both lose and find myself. Though, the music that I find most appealing is that which is natural; the sounds of rushing water, the flowing breeze, the ticking crickets, silence. Nothing is its equal, for it is worldly. Embodying variety, diversity, and unity; it is the ultimate of genres.

The artists who I listen to most oftenly, evoke an inspiration within me. They are the catylists that expand my ponderous mind, equalizing soul, and joyous spirit.

Although it serves its purpose as an echoing space filler, I do occasionally fall willingly into its knowledge granting, interest grabbing, and humor expelling trance.

Heroes:

My parents have always been an inspiration to me. Together they have demonstrated life in a spectral paradox. I was given a glimpse at the many aspects of life, and the rest I was granted the opportunity to explore at the hands of my own volition. They raised me in light of hope and expectation, but most prominently, they have raised me as a modern reflection of themselves. Their hard-working, determined, optimistic, and respectful ethics and mannerisms have been cast into the personality of my being. Without them, or our time spent together, I would not be the individual that I am today.
