Mary Ferow a talented young singer, amazing songwriter and gifted dancer possesses the strong drive and determination it takes to perform above and beyond an audiences’ expectation. In Dallas, Texas she learned very early on how to entertain and captivate an audience. Performing since she was nine years old under the stage name “Marieâ€, she was strongly influenced by her soulful uncles who are also singers to pursue her passion in music. In high school she was the founder for her high step and hip-hop dance team. She continues to perform at many community events and stages to display her vocal range and creativity. She performed on January 14th, 2007 at the 24th Annual Black Music and Civil Rights Movement Concert as a tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The concert featured recording artist Kelly Price and Marie’s stellar performance as an alto in The Black Academy of Arts and Letters choir in a wonderful night worth remembering. “Marie†brings a fresh and definitive swagger through her assertive dance moves and melodic voice. She draws from her life’s experiences and allures listeners with precise and eloquent words sung from her heart. Her new single, “I can’t wait†produced by Dallas Hip Hop artist Baby C explores the anticipation in waiting to capture the heart of a particular love interest. She is currently working on her debut album with tracks such as “Moving Onâ€, “Like You†and “I’m Better†she is striving for excellence in letting her music speak from various degrees of the love experience. “Marie†is on a mission to become a highly recognized singer, songwriter and dancer, watch out for this 18-year-old phenomenon as she makes a bold statement in the entertainment industry. 2008 is the groundbreaking year for “Marie†and she is ready to shine and blaze the charts through her musical artistry.
