So I'm Cobra Commandy. I've been DJing for years now. It all started circa 99' when I went to my first rave. Yep I said it, the "R" word. Music has been an integral function of my existance since I can remember. My musical tastes range a great bit. I listen to specific types of music and discriminate hard on (whoops I said hard on) other kinds. My tastes range in and out of a lot of genres. I cannot say that I like a total genre because there are always songs that just plain belong in the garbage. Generally speaking I listen to Inde Rock, Inde Hip-Hop, Some Industrial, Some Older Metal, All Genres of Electronic Music, Punk Rock, Ska, Alternative and Rock/Punk-A-Billy. Of course all these terms are being used very loosley, I don't really care to elaborate on sub-genres and sub-genre styles.
I spin dance music. So if you see me behind the decks, shake that ass. I got a fairly large record collection. The record collection weighs in upwards of 1k records as a low estimate. It contains Hard House, Progressive House/Trance, and Drum and Bass. It's also spiced up with various records that I've stumbled across that I just thought would be fun to own.
I'm by no means a seasoned pro at producing electronic music. I do spend time getting to know various software used in modern production. I got a lot of the basics down and do it out of love and respect of the music. I put up tracks on here for general entertainment and criticism. So drop me a line some time.
