About Me

I'm learning to love my life for what it is and what i will make of it.... my favourite is finding musty old classics hidden away in the back of the shelves. behind the layers of newer literature. the ones my dad bought from harrods, 1973, and cost less than a pound. i take comfort in tea. milk no sugar. getting caught in tropical rainstorms and the steamy bath that comes after. old photographs. old cameras. sepia. chrome. tungsten film and desk lamps. my long brown hair. pushing myself to the limit. national geographic website. the economist. cereal with blueberries and strawberries. morrocan lamb curry. my boyfriend. africa and my aching nostalgia. kenya and the beautiful maasai. memories of last summer. crosswords, puzzles and text twist. instrumental music. my baby grande piano slowly collecting dust. I hate not being in control of my life. and when the worst happens i contemplate it on my floor staring at the wall and the specks on the ceiling. taking deep breaths of oppressive surrounding silence. till people that care about me pick me up and dust me off. and i can go on, patched and mended, to loving the little things again. I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
