The earliest incarnation of ACruce Mortem started in June of 2007 under the misnomer Archeaus. After a month or so guitarist Josh and drummer Jim joined up with guitarist Jon and their former vocalist. Handling the bass and keyboard parts, Jon, alongside Jim and Josh began recording songs for there first demo. The former singer showed little intrest in becoming a serious musical unit and was quickly replaced by Jeff upon his release from various correctional facilities. Now in 2008, fueled by a vigorous passion to craft uncomprimising metal, the so-called J-Crew have began writing new music and will soon be playing some shows.
