I love my sports, some say I take them a little to seriously but whatever...If you can't follow your passion 110% why follow it at all?
One my other Loves is my music, actually all of the Arts in general. I've been singing since I was a little girl and was blessed to have my Grandmother's Soprano voice. I love acting, playing piano (When I can find somewhere to practice), and dancing. I've been trying to teach myself how to Bellydance with the DVD's you can buy in the store, but my friend Lisa is a teacher and my friend Erica also does it as well...So I have plenty of excuses to travel. I also draw, do amature fashion design and some writing. Not as talented as some of my friends, but I guess it's good. At least they say it is...
I also do as much work as I can with the Arthritis Foundation, since I was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of three and a half. Most people look at me and say "But you're to young to have Arthritis...Only old people get that." Sadly they couldn't be more wrong! There are almost 400,000 kids in the United States with some form of Juvenile Arthritis and the numbers climb higher every year. Most people don't believe that it can be fatal but it can be...I've lost 3 friends because of complications from their JA. Unfortunatly funding for research and programs keeps being cut instead of increased to help us find a cure which is forcing Arthritis Foundation chapters to close. I also advocate .. for Gay/Bi/Lesbian right. I believe we should have the right to marry who we choose. Love is blind. It does not see Color, Religion, Physical Disability, OR SEX! You Love who you Love because you do. Relationships are difficult enough sometimes without Society telling you who you're allowed to spend the rest of your life with if you want to. With so many children in foster care and in need of adoption I think it's highly wrong that it is so difficult sometimes for Gay/Lesbian couples to adopt because they have just as much right as a straight person does, single or married...And sometimes they're even better parents too.
