Yo Yo Yo, my name is Sean Harte. I've been running for more then 3years and i love it!! Before then i use to do martial arts but that was a long time ago. I spend my time running, lessoning to music and hangin out with friends. I run for the Adelphi track and im enjoying every minute of it. The FLB is were I want to be and thats all i really need....I won't forget the wolf pack!!

I like many different kinds of music from many different artise like: RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS , JAY-Z, Carlos Santana, AC-DC, The Beatles, The Mars Volta, The Notorious B.I.G, Jimi Hendrix, Nas, Michael Jackson, Metallica, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Evanescence, Green Day, Eminem, Lauryn Hill, Sublime, No Doubt, Alica Keys, Velvet Revolver and Bob Marley. There are more but i can't remember it right now.
