Well...where do we begin???? I'm from St. Louis, Missouri and I went to Hazelwood Central High School (all those from St.Louis know why I just said that...hehe) I grew up in a huge family with seven uncles and seven aunts and many many cousins. None of which, that i thought, were musically inclined. Until this past summer did I find out that both of my grandparents played instruments very well, some of my uncles played in jazz bands across the midwest, and one of my uncles was a great jazz composer in New York. Knowing all this, gave me an even greater love for music because the passion that I experienced all by myself growing up, I learned was a passion of my family that I love so dear. "Well, Mia Lachelle...What are you going to do with all that love?", you might ask. Well, I clearly understand that God has graciously given me a gift, and I plan to use it according to his purpose. So in other words...I don't know....but the good thing is that He does. I love to sing music that touches hearts and inspires people. My number one goal in singing is that whatever or wherever I sing that I display the love of Christ and change lives. One of my favorite quotes is..."What the world needs now, is Love...Sweet Love".....lol....jk!!!! No, but seriously...I just want to encourage people to "live a life of love just as Christ loved us" Ephesians 5:2
