Most rock that is churned out these days bores the shit out of me (I have to eat twice my necessary dietary intake just to keep up.) But rock was my first love so it must stay, and besides that a handful of bands continue to amaze me. Mostly these days it's hip hop, jazz, elctronic and punk (punk that's actually punk and not some excuse to get dressed up.)
