just people for friends really. Most of my friends are A) straight, B) married and/or C) have kids, which pretty much makes it impossible for me to get together with them anymore on a semi-regular basis. I like going out to movies, going out to dinner, just hanging out with friends, either watching movies, playing games or listening to music (or hell, all three)I'd love nothing more than to have a small circle of gay friends, I really don't have that many close by. That having been said, in case ya'll ain't figured it out yet, I'm a dork. A big one. I only think dorky guys and dorky girls are attractive. I can be serious like everyone but first and foremost I love to laugh, mostly at myself! I I'm fairly down to earth and low key, I'm not a bitchy queer (unless called upon to be so) and there's much about the gay scene/lifestyle I don't agree with or partake in. I like to go out to a club once in a blue moon but prefer just hanging with friends wherever, it's all about a balance for me. I don't like sarcastic people, so if you are in a mean way, you aren't worth my time. Sorry to sound so cutthroat about it, that's just the way that I feel. I am also insanely into music, so much so that I would (and HAVE) spent my last dime on music in the past. A world without music is a place I would never want to live. Also really into movies and reading as well.As far as celebrities go, I'd have loved to have met Janis Joplin, and of course Dolly Parton. I'm sure there are others but those are the first two that come to mind. Oh, I also think it would be fun to party with Carnie Wilson and Cher, they're both crass and have pottymouths!|
