Melancholy Ecstasy

About Me

AnnieJ is a singer songwriter recording artist from the San Jose bay area. She has been playing music all her Life. She will play music all her Life. Her music is melodic, melancholy and rich.

It is time to unleash the electricity! AnnieJ is in the beginning phases of an amazing music project with her new musical partner, The eGregori, called +i (Adonai). The music will be electrified and affected. This is the AGE of Creation. Annie Goes Electric. There will be a profile for +i very soon. Please hang in there!
You can hear the eGregori's sensuous sonic screams @ www.myspace.com/hollodestroyer .

AnnieJ was recently the bass player in the production of HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH! Shows included the 418 Project and 12 Galaxies. What a hit! We sold out our shows... but what else could be expected from such an amazing musical? If you want to see more about that, go to the link above and view the profile.

AnnieJ has an offandongoing music project with her sister, Elizabeth Jonasson, called Sons of Jona .

AnnieJ has been doing music with Tim Alexander under various names for over 15 years. Right now you can hear a beautiful song she sang called "Nomad" at theSwede Life myspace profile.

You can also hear some of her music, as well as a variety of collaborative projects, on download.com underAnine ,Sons of Jona andSandbox (AnnieJ was the singer of Sandbox, under the name of Raubei).
