About Me

Shakedown in one form or another has been together since the mid 90's. They have released 3 full length records: Walk the Plank, Down For Always, and "Call It What You Want" (which is also AVAILABLE AT ITUNES.COM). The Current form of Shakedown is Mikey on DRUMS, Garrett on BASS, Mark on GUITAR and VOCALS, Bles also on VOCALS, The Quiz on SAX, Mr. Vibe on TURNTABLES, and A.J. on KEYS and PRODUCTION. They recently finished the fourth album: NEW SOUND DELIVERY. Look for this record to have more of a hip hop influence than the previous three. Known for their energetic and consistently good live performances Shakedown has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with such acts as Filibuster, Long Beach Short Bus, Slightly Stoopid, Papa Roach, Fishbone, UB40, and Pepper just to name a few. The Band signed with Indie record label Root One Music in 2003 and NEW SOUND DELIVERY will be the second record the band has done with Root One.
