[email protected] Hailing from the San Diegan suburbs of Vista, CA, the five known as Flight Risk blend sounds and principles of punk with driving metal guitar riffs, powerful percussion, and melodies that range from soothing to sinister. After forming in 2002, the bands special recipe of melodic hardcore has granted them immediate attention in town and out.
This is a culmination of exceptional musicians who have all been studying, recording, and performing music since their early youth. They have all studied a variety of instruments and played in a number of other bands, such as Userfriendly (who was featured on the Vans Warped Tour from 1999 to 2001 without any label support), Strikes & Gutters, Nefs Only Defense, Arneson, SicWaiting, The Essentials, Shopping Kart Assassins, Only Us, and endless other projects.
