___In 1988 Freshline put the first German Hip Hop Electro Band together (The Alliance). They sold 20000 units of the first single "Action" on the basis of self-distribution. This initial success was followed by a whole album that was distributed by ZYX music. The Alliance was one of Germanys most successful Hip Hop bands from 1988-1989. At the same time Quickmix found his first Hip Hop Magazine, called Fresh Beat Magazine, which was distributed by the World of music (WOM) chain. ____________________________________________________________
___1989 the Band MC Sar & The Real McCoy was born. Their first singles (Pump up the Jam Rap and Its on you) became hugely successful all over Europe and all went Top 10. 1993 the next Project was born: Maxx. Maxx combined the Club Sound with Ragga Vibes and became an enormous success in the Club scene. The two initial singles Get a Way and No more went Top 10 all over Europe and reached Gold Status.

___In 1994 The Band name of MC Sar & The Real McCoy was changed into The Real McCoy and the project got signed to BMG Germany and Arista Records USA. The Real McCoy had countless Top 5 Hits in the USA, UK, Japan and Europe and sold more than 8 million records worldwide. Their incredible success was honoured by dozens of Platinum and Gold awards, the MTV award, Billboard Award, a Grammy nomination as the most successful foreign Popact in the USA and the German Echo award. Furthermore J.Wind was honoured by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers for the Song Another Night, which stayed in the US Billboard Charts for almost one year.

___In 2001 J.Wind and his partner Quickmix found the Hip Hop Label "Rawzone". One of their most successful acts is "Hecklah & Coch".
