Transfusion Group

The Transfusion Group (Miklós Csikós – piano, László Koller – bass guitar, Igor Radics – percussion) represents a unique line in Western Hungarian jazz life. The group was founded in 2004. Their first compositions were fusion jazz tunes, but now in their concerts a colorful musical world develops, that is affected by many other styles, too. The different musical personality of the members results a highly individual production. They mix the sound of archaic jazz and swing, modern drum ’n’ bass, jazz rock, folk music, latin and classical music successfully. In their concerts, the dominance of entertaining virtuosity, movie-like, melancholic sensibility and an elaborate, sometimes extreme orchestration all can be discovered. They receive many requests from Hungary and abroad and perform on many events, from small clubs to huge musical festivals.
