Hi, my name is Cheryl Stewart and my husband and I own Cross Buck Taxidermy Studio in Farmington, MO. As you can see we both love to hunt and fish and basically just spend time together. We were married 29 years ago and it just seems like it was yesterday. We have had our good times and bad times, but we've stuck together through thick and thin and I wouldn't change a thing. I don't think I could have ever found a better soul mate. He is my rock. He is my best friend. To quote Forrest Gump, "We're just like peas and carrots". If we aren't chasing whitetail deer in the fall and winter then we're either going to hunting shows or our ever favorite places to shop, Cabela's and Bass Pro!!! We like to fish, especially for trout at Bennett Springs in Southwest MO and we're real Nascar nuts! We have two children and two beautiful grand children. Go to my pics to see if I'm lying about that. We started doing taxidermy in 1993 as a hobby for ourselves and friends and now it has grown to a full service taxidermy studio. We both still have jobs on the outside, so we're really busy in the evenings and on the weekends. Just finishing up our deer head crop for 2006 and still have a few other critters to get out before the fall rush (I HOPE)! I do all of the gameheads and full body work on the mammals and my husband does the fish. I haven't got all of our pictures loaded yet but keep checking back because I'll try to find some fish photos for you to look at.
