About Me

Born and rasied in Florida I am used to the blistering heat we have here. Oddly enough I believe it gets hotter and hotter every year...or could that be old age setting in?Vacations for us consist of hiking in the mountains close to Florida. Usually North Carolina. We did discover a great place in Georgia last year. Great because the drive was only 9 hours and once we got there the cabin was spectacular. Not to mention hiking trails galore.Keeping fit is imporatant to me so I do pretty well by eating right and getting regular exercise. Funny how my pant size has gotten smaller since high school and as I have gained about ten pounds since then.My family is important to me and I love them with all my heart. My husband is a bit demented [like me] and our girl dog is a great pet. She is a bit aloof, like a cat. So one of her many nicknames is "quarter cat".I am intelligent and often so honest that it often gets me into trouble. I have a strong sense of moral fiber and that is both a gift and a curse.

My Interests

Dancing, reading, cycling, inline skating, jewelry making and enjoying the out doors in general

I'd like to meet:

Real folks who like to share in conversation and good times. Not MLM salesfolk who want to peddle their wares to me.

Music:

I like mostly top 40 because, for me it is the easiest to dance to. Artists span polar opposites and are too many to list.

Movies:

LOVE 3D animation and luckily most of those movies are good ones. Also love movies about the triumph of the human spirit.

Television:

Heroes, Kyle XY, Monk.

Books:

Mostly reference and educational books to broaden my mind.
