Hello Myspace! I am Alicia and I set up this page hoping to encourage and motivate any one whom ever has a desire to lose weight rather it be 10 or 100 pounds I myself had struggled with being over weight for over ten years and i did try every diet out there even the I will start on Monday and that Monday never seem to be convient for me But one day I decided that I give my all to my family to my job to my friends and when it came to me I was to tired .I was always unhappy with how I looked and how I felt,But one day I got tired of feeling that way and I did something about it I decided to eat healthier and I started working out everyday and I did not turn back its not easy but one thing I will tell you small changes get big results and I did it I lost 137 pounds without surgery or diet pills . i DID DO A LOT OF RESEARCH I was in that library checking out 15 books at a time i was on the computer I wanted to know everything there was to losing weight and it worked .So please tell me your stories if you lost weight or need some encourgment to lose weight we are in this together You can do it one step at a time .I Pray this is the day you make your mind up to do it for you You deserve this gift called Life because you are adding many years to your life when you are healthy and happy,And also realizing it really is not about the number on the scale its about how you feel on the inside because if you feel good on the inside it will flow outward so getting to a place where you feel good about you and making healthier choices and getting some daily exercise NOW THATS WHATS UP!!!!!!!!THANKS FOR VIEWING MY PAGE .AND PLEASE LOOK FOR MY NEW BOOK COMING OUT MID 2008..AND MUCH MUCH MORE TO COME . ----
