Such as; commercial transactions, farms & land, historic homes, luxury homes, condo conversions, etc. Of course, I still relish single family home sales as well. I strive to be active everyday, but find it hard to find time I have a passion for the arts and non-mainstream music I am intrugued by St. Louis real estate rehab projects I am a bleeding-heart romantic and like to "fix" things. If I could rescue all the stray pets, old delapitated homes, old cars, broken things, I would. But I can't :-( I enjoy travelling all over the world and watching my kids learn about new places I should probably write novels about my life experiences - but who has the time?? I love to sing Karaoke My kids are very musically inclined - son/drums, daughter..1/Viola & Cello, daughter ..2/violin, piano, choir and flute I love to snowboard, but there is no snow in St. Louis.
