Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me or nobody is going to hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit, it is about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much can you take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and until you start believing in yourself, you ain't gonna have a life.

I Just want to be a Toys' R Us Kid
Tim Burton was asked if when he was a child did he aspire to be a director. His answer was no. He felt that it would of been to limiting for him to just want to be a director. All he wanted to do was something creative with his life. In a sense that has inspired me, whether I am a foreign Diplomat, a Military Officer or even a politician who holds public officer... all I want is to be able to make a difference in this ever changing world we live in. And I emphasize changing world and not change the world. Because regardless of what some presidential canidate says about change... theyre just full of shit. This Country has always had change and I just want to be another cog in the wheel that helps make this change always possible... yeah that is one pretty damn big cog, but its all part of it... I want to do my part to save the world like so many others before me.

Music:

Latin Music, if it has a basic dance step then I want to learn it. Listen to lots of things but Dirty South Rap(Fight Music) and Alternative/Punk rock doesnt really spike my interest's.

Movies:

Training Day is #1, but Crimson Tide is sneaking on up there. Drama that deals with falling down and getting back up is always good to; and God knows I enjoy a good western every once in a while.

Television:

So busy I cant enjoy primetime TV, but shows like the The Shield, Heroes, Lost, La ink, etc... seem to spike my interest. Mostly watch Futbol(soccer) mathces on the weekends and Angel Baseball games when I can, However I always make room for a College football game during the season.

Books:

The Prince of Tides.

Heroes:

In This Order. Andres Rosales(Grand-pa), Jim T. Phipps(step-dad), Bernarda Rosales-Phipps(Mom, but she still drives me nuts), John Wooden, General Douglas MacArthur, General Dwight D Eisenhower, Harry S. Truman, Pat Tillman, Nelson Mandela, Anne Frank, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Benazir Bhutto.
