Crimes of the Heart

Our Mission Statement
Redwood Theatre's mission is to provide a variety of high-quality, entertaining theatrical productions for the Eastside Community, at a reasonable price. Productions will stimulate and challenge audiences, as well as the cast, crew, and staff, providing creative opportunities for all involved. The Theatre will be responsive to the needs of its patrons, both private and corporate, and will continue to strive for fiscal stability.
We have produced over 70 plays since 1984 and have always operated in the black; funds generated by the current play being plowed back into the next productions, paying royalties, printing, postage, lights, rent, etc.

Redwood Theatre is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Our auditions are always open to anyone who wishes to tryout for that production, no production is pre-cast and we welcome newcomers, novice or experienced. Each season of plays has always been enjoyed by our audiences, and we intend to keep up the very high standard we set for ourselves!

We encourage new members with or without prior experience to join in all areas of production, experiencing theater firsthand. Would you like to stage manage a play, or learn how to? Have a knack for costuming? Are you handy and would like to assist with set-building and design? Let us know, we can use you!

Send us a message if you would like to volunteer for us.

All actors and crew at Redwood Theatre work on a volunteer basis!
