I'm a native to Minnesota, born and rasied in the suburbs of Minneapolis. I joined the Army at the age of 18. I don't regret the decison; it has led me places that I still find unbelieveable, plus I've never been deployed, which is a good thing if you ask me. And now I'm a civillian again!
I now live in Washington, D.C. and I love it! I live to ski; it's my passion. The only reason I have a job is to pay for my skiing. If I could afford to be a ski bum, I would. As it is, I don't think I could do it. Mostly becuase I wouldn't want to return to the real world after that. Other interests of mine include reading - I just finished reading Ishmael and Stranger in a Strange Land. I also run; in fact I just recently completed my second marathon in Chicago this past October, and am currently training for Grandma's Marathon in July. Yes I am that crazy.
I am also a recovering nerd, but I still enjoy Dr. Who and Battlestar Galactica on the Sci-Fi Network. I am also in love with Public Radio. But my mom says I'm a catch.
