All types. Nothing really turns me off. Actually except TECHNO. Drives me insane.
Shawshank, Goodfellas, Pulp Fiction (not sure if its a favorite but can't turn it off when it is on), The Narc, this French Movie with english subtitles (saw it on a flight back from Europe) crudely translated into "The Jackass at Dinner" it was the funniest movie I've seen. I had my headphones on and was constantly laughing out loud.
Anything on HBO, save John From Cincinatti. That's whack to me, they should have stuck with Deadwood. The next best thing on HBO will be Tell Me You Love Me (an unfiltered story taking a look at sex in marriage). I have gotten into TOP CHEF as of late.
I read so much, I do't know if I can come up with a favorite so I'll go 01. Best recently read - "OneBig Self" by CD Wright (It is about the prison-industrial complex) 02. Currently reading - "The Omnivore's Dilemma" by Michael Pollan ( It is about food but not really about food, it is a book about theories, theories of everything, life, etc. it is brilliant) 03. Book I'll try to read next - "The Black Swan: The Impact of the Highly Improbable" by Taleb (about our blindless to the randomness of life)
Pop's - CLARENCE L. BARNEY; that's it, wonderful man who was my best friend, mentor, and the example of a man and father. Lost him a couple of days before Katrina hit. Left me the wonderful gift of a name BARNEY to uphold, and leave better than when I got it. Daily reminder to live my life as an inspiration as best I possibly can.
