...just a regular girl from the suburbs

About Me

I'm lucky to have such a wonderful life. I've got a cool family, amazing old and new friends who always inspire me, a rad boyfriend who treats me like a queen no matter how bitchy I can get sometimes, I live in one of the best cities in the world, I've lived in another country, I've had the pleasure to have experienced 16 other ones, and I've realized that I'm not so bad myself ;).

My Interests

Eating and Sleeping mostly...otherwise blood and guts, serial killers, forensics, vintage photographs (macabre, autopsy, indigenous primitive folk, slaves or Native Americans dressed in Western clothing, pygmies, traveling circus freaks, Geishas, etc.), T&A, TORTURE, hypnotism, religion, mysticism, Masochism, weapons (sickles, machetes, ninja stars, bows and arrows) conjuring up creative ways of torturing others (i.e. shaving tongues with RAZOR BLADES, hammering nails into "funny bones"), BLASPHEME, latex, philosphy, science, anatomy, psychology, uniforms, costumes, ballet shoes, vintage clothes, haute couture, straitjackets, Japanese and British designers (i.e. H. Naoto, Atelier Boz, Yamamoto, Rei Kawakubo, Junya Watanabe, Agent Provacateur, vintage Westwood, '97 Chalayan.), Azzedine Alaia, my'71 mach 1 mustang (Lucy, short for Lucifer), Model T's and classic cars, tiny intenstine squishing corsets and cinchers, jellyfish, venus flytraps, predatory carnivorous plants, Traveling the world!

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who dares to be themself, someone with no inhibitions but isn't an attention whore, people who will let others see them ugly, anyone insane (okay, I've met plenty here in S.F.), people with boundless talent who have nothing to prove, scientists, geniuses, Judas (so I won't be the guiltiest one for once!), My late paternal grandfather (who happens to haunt me!), Nietzche, Alan Watts, embalmers, plastic surgeons, taxidermists, dorks and geeks, Marquis de Sade, cholos and cholas, RICHARD SIMMONS (I love him!), Amanda Lepore, hermaphrodites, Abraham Lincoln. People who will get me out of my shell, but no goody goodies. I'll punch you in the face.

Music:

Songs that come out of a music box or carousel, circus music, pipe organs echoing through the vastness of a religious edifice, old 20's records skipping on a gramaphone.

Resolution...be positive? Oh great. What did I get myself into?
