i like a good read on a rainy afternoon, finding a cool t-shirt in a vintage store that fits perfectly, driving to the most random music ever, posing for pictures when i'm drunk, making up stories in my head about passerbys, daydreaming, hanging out with the coolest people a.k.a. my best friends, learning and hearing about people's life stories cause even the most seemingly boring person has at least one cool story to tell. street fashion: i admire those people who have that innate sense of style who teeter the balance of managing to look enough like a freak to stand out but normal enough for people to wanna duplicate it. and if you're reading all this bullshit, which i hope you are, i love writing. being able to record what you're thinking and feeling at a certain point in time is absolutely amazing to me. when you think about it, it's the writers of the past that help us understand what life was like back in the days during significant and even, not-so-significant times in history.
GENUINE (as in real. you'd be surprised how many fake-ass, "not true to themselves" people there are out there)
HONEST (yeah, the truth can hurt sometimes, but really, in the end, it's a lot better than telling someone what you think they want to hear when really you're screwing both of you guys in the end)
HUMBLE (rich or poor, i like people who don't let their financial status be known to everyone. being grateful for whatever you have is really what's important. if it's those gucci sunglasses or mervyn's underwear.)
SUCCESSFUL (again, this is not about being rich...but that WOULD be nice, wouldn't it?...but i place more value in someone who is achieving their dreams and always on the hunt for happiness)
INDIVIDUALS (i am a firm believer of "no man is an island" and "birds of a feather flock together" because really, we are who we surround ourselves with but being able to stand on your own and stand for what you believe in in the midst of all this chaos that we call the world is totally admirable.)
So yeah, that isn't a lot to ask out of people, right? hahaView All Friends | View Blog | Add Comment

i admire people who are honest (a tad before the point of brutality), wise (but not self-righteous), happy with themselves (yeah, you know people who don't put other people down because of their own insecurities), selfless (something i strive to be more of everyday cause it's cool to actually think about someone else besides yourself) p.s. i love people who can dive into any social situation and swim afloat.
