Well, music is a big part of my life i play many instruments including guitar, bass, piano, saxaphone. I'm quite a sentimental person, so i use alot of film or photography to remember my life. I love movies, all sorts. I will watch any film at least once! Some of my favourites... Eraserhead, Lost Highway, Mullholland drive (I am a bit of a lynch fan!) Battleship Potempkin (Not necessarily a film i will watch over and over, but it is a classic bit of cinema history i think everyone should see!)And if your interested look up Esenstein this man is a legend in himself! Matrix, but only the first!!! Run lola Run, Tim Burton.. this guy inspires me soo much, his movies are fun, refreshing and beautiful. Every twist, every tale is very indicitive of his style (Bettlejuice, Edward scissorhands, Big Fish, Corpse bride!) I am a bit of a animation fan - i LOVE LOVE LOVE ICE AGE both 1 & 2(The meltdown) From my love of dance and music also comes my love of dance films/Mussicals: Bootmen, Fame, Flashdance, Mary Poppins, stomp the yard, Dance with me, The King and i, Hello Dolly, Step it up, Save the last dance, Honey...i could go on quite a while (BUT...it would never include dirty dancing or grease!!!) Couple of really old films for any of you film buffs who want something different to watch! The Company of Wolves (The Desire...The Fantasy...The Nightmare!) Noises off (Old Stage comedy with Micheal Caine) - Hilarious and lots or sardines!
LOVING PRISON BREAK!!!! - Anyone who aint seen it this is one of the best programms i have followed in years. Man/woman this will have you gripped at every twist and turn!! Although there is a little soemthing extra for the ladies in the shape of Wentworth Miller!! YES PLEASE!! My Childhood programs, programs i grew up on: Buffy, Angel, Dawson's Creek, Roswell, Danger Mouse (Not forgetting Penfold of course!), Count Duckula, Shoe People, Bananaman, Thundercats, Superted...i could go on a while they don't make children's tv like they used to! I love my comedy: Father Ted, Red Dwarf, Gimme Gimme Gimme, The Thin BLue Line, American Dad, Family Guy, Futurama. classic gameshows-fun house!, catchphrase, the price is right,Supermarket sweep! - they have just reput this on morning tv and i am loving it!
Anything Terry Pratchet! This man amazes me. His world (The disc) and his imagination thrills me every time. I also love stories based on true life about peoples struggles and triumphs...i think books like that build charatcter and challenge your views on the world! Anything by David Pelzer is amazing (A Child called it, the lost boy, a man name dave, Help yourself, The privallage of youth!) Also "Sickened" this is an amazingly fascinating book!
