Time for a change... Life is about choices... Each day we have millions of them. Who you are today is a reflection of all your choices up to this point. Think about that. Is that who you want to be? I want to be a person that has no regrets, so I intend to live my life by my choices and not by default. I'd like to meet:

Anyone who is passionate, has a story to tell, a smile or a dream to share. I don't have time in my life anymore for negativity, so if you don't like what I do or who I am... well, so bad for you. I want to meet people who choose to live everyday. I'd like to meet people who meet each day with courage and don't look back.I believe that there is enough "success" to go around. I like to introduce new people to each other, to make new friends, and learn from people in all industries, arts, vocations, and belief systems.I believe we all have some common thread that we can base a relationship on and what goes around, comes around.

Music:

I used to be one of those people who say "Everything but country".. but now I REALLY like country.. to be honest, the only thing I don't really like is Hymns.

Movies:

Not a big movie "watcher", although the funniest (and only) movie I've seen this year is Borat (or was that last year?)

Television:

Don't really watch TV either, but every September I get into the BIGGEST LOSER. I work when its on, but sometimes I get home just in time for weigh ins... ALI WON!! Go Ali!! You rock girl! oh yeah, and CELEBRITY CIRCUS looks SO freaking hilarious.. maybe its because I used to be a circus gal, but the previews had me on the floor laughing!

Books:

I love to read. I usually somehow manage to start reading several books at once, until one of them pulls me toward it first... I am currently reading "The Power of Intention" by Dr. Wayne Dyer... I love reading anything he writes. A very insightful man.

Heroes:

Anyone who has courage to persist... Courage to keep going when everyone is trying to knock them down...

LA FIT EXPO and ARNOLD EXPO

OK, the LA Fit Expo is over... I had a BLAST!! I got to see a lot of fitness celebs, Gladiators, friends, etc... It was exciting, exhilirating, and I can't wait to do it again TIMES 30 at the Arnold!!...
