About Me

The band gave concerts at the all biggest metal and rock festivals: Metal Battle, Metalmania, FMR Jarocin, Rock Festiwal Wegorzewo, Strash'ydlo in Ciechanów, Mayday Festiwal, Dramma, Wojna z Trzema Schodami (The battle/war with the three steps) and many more.
Alastor performed together with many bands ranked among the close top/lead: Nasty Savage, Exhumer, Living Death, Sodom, KAT, Turbo, Wilczy Pajak, Dragon.
In 1989 the debut album “Sydroms Of The Cities” saw the light of day, it was released al over Europe by the Italian record company Metalmaster. Polish version of the record as a cassette appeared on the market the year after released by a Polmusic Company. The co-operation with Metal Mind Productions from katowice was finished with the album “Przeznaczenie” in 1990. The next year recorded as “the Destiny”. The stagnation of cooperation was caused by – as the MMP claimed – “the lack of interest” in the music played by the band and it was the reason of extinction of the co-operation. But ALASTOR didn’t lay down their arms, the musicians continued composing and gibing concerts. In 1992 they released a cassette “Garage ’92 – Live session” with new compositions at Carnage Records.
After a few concerts either as a star or as a a band taking part In contest At the music festival in Jarocin, ALASTOR entered the festival contest in August 1993. the first prize in Jarocin succeeded in the album “Zlo” released by loud Out records. Time was passing by and ALASTOR became a quartet and in 1997, that time without Osiecki, they recorded an album “Zyj, gnij i milcz”, which was released by the label of Morbid Noizz – Sound Factory Records. Good reviews of the album were not supported by any promotion. It caused that the material disappeared in the melting pot of metal music and the band suspended their activity.
In 2002 there was the first attempt of the comeback. In place of Osiecki came "Zwolak" from the Gostynin band Spin, but good intentions didn’t bear the confrontation with the reality. Not all members could bear the life obstacles, and again some of them left the band, some came. Without Frydrysiak, to the band (Brylka, Stankiewicz, Matuszewski) there were invited: Jacek Kurnatowski – bass (ex Spin) and Marcin "Crowbar" Bilicki – guitar. In september 2006 a three-composition was released as the announcement of the new album – Spaaazm.
