Established in August 2007, NEW GENERATION is a collective of like minded individuals that all have one thing in common, a love for Drum n Bass.
New Generation run Drum n Bass events at The Maxx Nightclub located at 49 Boas Ave in Perth's 'Little Britain' Joondalup. New Gen has been the starting point for some of Perth's best undiscovered talent within it's healthy and ever-expanding Drum n Bass scene, and will continue to push new DJ's and MC's onto the scene as long as it exists, at the same time acting as a home and support base to it's resident artists and acts, and hosting international artists such as DJ SS and Temper D.
With a strong and loyal following 2008 saw New Generation boast some of the best local nights a punter could be seen at, using only local DJ's and MC's which added a uniqueness to the pure party vibe that New Gen deliver.
After a successfull 2008 big things are on the cards for New Generation and our humble home The Maxx in 2009... Let's for now say that if you have been to one of our events and enjoyed a night of top notch Drum n Bass from the locals... You'll be quite excited about what we have to come.....
