DEAD FRIENDS

Run boy! Run!

About Me

Dead Friends formed in 2004 from the remains of old bands playing a concoction of metal, hardcore and grind to create an original sound (or it was at the time anyway!). They played shows wherever they could possibly get to, even if that meant catching 3 trains across the country and generated a reputation for a ferocious live show. After two years of playing all over the UK with bands including their friends Bring Me The Horizon, Test Switch Isolator, and Penknife Lovelife as well as numerous other acts including 100 Demons, Chariots, Malkovich and many more, the band began to fall apart.
Fast forward two years and Dead Friends are back. Playing a short but sweet set with Blessed By A Broken Heart and Azriel, they decided to get back together. However, this time its out with the old and in with the new, gone are the sounds that are lost among a million other bands trying to make a name for themselves in a saturated music scene and they are replaced with a much more mature and even more furious sound. The band are currently writing new material and preparing to unleash themselves upon a scene who will have heard nothing quite like this.
So like the dude from the scouts said… ‘Be Prepared’
