My roots lie in the town of Gräfenroda in Thuringia, Germany. My family eventually ended up in Ireland via France and England round the end of WWII. My father 'Lampy' still resides in the Uk at Lamport Hall in Northamptonshire. While living in France I was an active member of Front de Liberation des Nains de Jardins" and briefly in Italy for a summer I was an activist for MALAG. Currently involved in the Travelocity's "Roaming Gnome" Conspiracy. I am also banned from the supposedly prestigious Chelsea Flower Show.In Prussia I am known as kaukis, Tomten in Sweden, and Barbegazi in France and Switzerland. In Iceland I go by the name of Vættir.
