About Me

Moderation is a fatal thing - nothing succeeds like excess. -Oscar Wilde

I'm a glutton! That about says it all.

My Interests

Travel Travel Travel... I don't care if it's up/down the coast, to the mountains, on a cruise, out of state or out of the country; I LOVE to Travel. So plan a trip and count me in! I'm pretty much game for anything.

I'd like to meet:

Those whose desire for indulgence and good times rival my own.
"Time is never wasted when your wasted all the time" - Random... but I love this quote.

Music:

I'd have to say I enjoy a wide variety of music. Tool and Red Hot Chili Peppers will probably always be my all time favs. System of down - also up there. Sublime, in my eyes - classic. I like almost everything written by Andrew Loid Weber. Edith Piaf can really move me and Luciano Pavarotti can bring me to tears (not like that VERN), but saddly, he has finished his retirement tour in the states and she hasn't wispered a sound since the early 60's. I've resently become more interested in prog-rock. I absolutely adore Symphony X and of course dream theatre and Iron Maiden. I dabble in my occational country... Mainly classic, but a little boot scootin' boogy never did nobody no harm. I'm a strong believer that all good music sounds better live and if you can, everyone should see their favorite musicians at least once if not multiple times.

Movies:

I find myself watching more comedies lately than anything else. Ladies man, Zoolander, Anchorman, Dodgeball, Undercover brother, Orgazmo... hilarious! Dark comedies like Cable Guy, Election and Very bad things also hilarious in their own right. Tombstone is definitely the best western ever filmed... Unforgiven and Young Guns are coming in second and third. Wild at Heart - fantastic David Lynch film. I was possibly the only person that really enjoyed AI. I loved eternal sunshine for a spotless mind and Momento. Boondock Saints and Equilibrium are currently on loop. I'm a sucker for old Van Damme movies. Does it get any better than Blood Sport? And let's not forget Lost Boys. What a classic!!!

Television:

Spent a long time out of the television loop. Couldn't really find the time or care to dedicate the same hour of every week to it. But with the fine invention of DVR and the even better one of the internet, I find myself hooked to shows such as; 24 (pretty full of crap, but sooo... well written), Lost and I hate to admit this, but the OC. I'm also a big fan of The Daily Show, Family Guy, Futurama, and VH1's anything. Buy my absolute FAV show right now... ... So you think you can dance! What can I say, I was a dancer.

Heroes:

Historical: Socrates, Patrick Henry, Leonardo De Vinci, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Modern: Al Frankin, Jon Stewart, and Google
Fictional: William Wallace
