FRIENDS!!! Friends are ALWAYS GOOD! Here's some of them below...(Yea!!! Shannon made me a slide show!)
Music, pushing the boundaries of EM, learning all I can about life and the world, trying to understand myself, listening to and understanding others, friends, movies, swimming, skiing, sleeping, cooking, my fiance Jessie, going to parties, playing music at parties, etc., etc.
My grandfather, who passed away two and a half years ago. I want to ask him what it's like after you die. Other than that, it would be cool to meet Junkie XL, Hybrid, Infusion, Adam Freeland, Felix Da Housecat, Deep Dish, Satoshi Tomeii, or just about another other big name producer/DJ of EM. Intellectuals such as Charles Long, Mark C. Taylor, Katherine Keller, and Charles E. Winquist would be cool to meet and sit down with to chat, as well as the world's various religious leaders.
Check out www.earonfloor.com to hear some of my music and to see some of the best DJ's in the mid-south. I like anything electronic, especially electro and electroclash, but including house, breaks, dnb, techno (yes, that is actually a genre of EM, but has often been used to blanketly describe ALL EM music), goa, psytrance, 80's music, new wave (which is old wave by now...!!), rock, alternative, old grunge music, some hip-hop (but not pop-hop), blues kicks ass! And so does jazz and old lounge music. Check out my DJ bio along with the bios of the rest of my EOF crew at www.earonfloor.com - look for us in your town in the near future!
Movies that don't suck... Want to hear something weird??? I've got a degree in filmmaking, yet I hardly ever watch movies...what's that about?!?!?!
History Channel, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Adult Swim on Cartoon Network,...something that makes me laugh or something that makes me learn. Oh, and LOST. That show is pretty much the only show I watch on a regular basis.
Confidence Games by Mark C. Taylor, any religious book, umm...I'll have to get back to this one later. I'm kind of tired of typing stuff and I'll need to pull out some old books I enjoyed to remember their titles.
The people who follow their dreams despite being told they are crazy and need to get back in line with the rest of society and fit in with what is the norm. The political and religious activists who stand up for human rights despite being faced with constant threats against their life. Those who understand life is more than just what we can see with our eyes and hear with our ears.
