Resonated Radio is an internet radio station dedicated to bringing our listeners the hottest underground hip hop and break beat music. Nowadays, most traditional hip hop stations have become so corporate and out of touch with their audience. Thus, there is a whole new generation of hip hop fans that think this culture is what they see on music videos or hear on the radio. Our goal at Resonated Radio is to provide exposure to artists who represent the true values of the hip hop culture. Traditional radio playlists often recycle their playlist giving little variety to their audience. The reality is there is an overwhelming amount of high quality music that is overlooked due to the politics of the music industry. It is this same industry that feeds into the monotony of mainstream hip hop by forcing artists to "follow the formula" of commercial success. At Resonated Radio, we support the pioneers: past, present and future, that refuse to follow this formula. Moreover, we intend to show traditional radio that so-called "underground" hip hop IS a viable market. But, it starts with you. Tell your friends, family and co-workers about Resonated Radio. We look forward to providing you with an in depth experience to the sounds of the REAL hip hop culture.

The L.E.G.A.C.Y. Remix Contest
Resonated Radio is back with our next installment of the remix contest. We've teamed up with the Hall of Justus rockstar himself, L.E.G.A.C.Y. The contest will feature the song "I Betcha", originally produced by D.O.X. The acapella for "I Betcha", as well as the original track, is available for download in the Resonated Radio Downloads section of the Resonated Forum . For those that are not currently members of the Resonated Forum, you will have to register to be able to view the files.
The winning producer will receive $100 courtesy of the DAP Dave Foundation as well as autographed copy of L.E.G.A.C.Y.'s debut release, "Project Mayhem".
The rules for the contest are as follows:
1. Entries must be recieved by May 5, 2006 (midnight Eastern Standard Time)
2. Contestants may enter up to a maximum of 3 remixes
3. All entries must be emailed in mp3 form to [email protected]
4. Entries will be judged by L.E.G.A.C.Y. and Resonated Radio Staff
